Carlos life part 2

As I was now sneaking out of the barracks so I wouldn't wake anyone. I knew Rick was going to be heading back to the barracks now because it was about time for his shift to end and he always got out a little early so he could get something to drink; I stood beside the door frame to make sure I could slip out as soon as he walked in. It only took awhile for him to show up and was pleased he hadn't noticed me he usual knows when I'm up and about. Right when the door was about to shut I ran out so I could get out undetected.


        As I walked down the bright clean hallways I changed my direction from the Jedi rooms to the war council room. It was so odd but when I walked in there was general Obi wan, general Skywalker, captain Rex, and Commander Cody. Rex was the first to truly notice me because he asked me "Carlos what are you doing here; you shouldn't even be awake yet." I just went and hugged him for some unknown reason. He looked at me like I was crazy or something he may have had his helmet on his head but I could feel him thinking I was crazy; that really hurt me I looked up at him with the saddest face I could muster even though I was tired I could have sworn I felt myself cry a little about that for some reason.

        
Obi wan looked at me and asked "what is wrong young one" I looked at him and said "I had a dream that was truly weird sir. It was about me and a kid how looked like he could have been my twin or something isn't that weird and there was a clone in weird looking armor and he wore a skirt like Rex but his had a lightning bolt and his name was bolt." I noticed that Obi wan, Skywalker, Rex, and Cody all tensed a little. I decided to continue and said "Do you want to hear the full story oh well I don't care I'll tell you anyways. It all started out like this there were two boys sitting on what looked like a bed and general Obi wan you were there talking to the clone with the weird armor who you called bolt. And you asked him if he was sure he wanted to do this to me and the other boy.


        Then he said it has to be done general if both of them grow up together they will become stronger in the force then general Skywalker. Then you said ok I will take Joseph while you keep Carlos. Then I saw me and the kid who was called Joseph and you picked him up and left me with the clone Bolt." "Did anything happen after that" Skywalker asked wearily. "Yeah, I woke up and I chased after Obi wan, and then the kid Joseph woke up and started crying out Car which I thought was weird because only Nathan called me that when he was a kid. But anyways Bolt came chasing after me trying to keep me and then he snatched me up and told me to calm down but I kept crying and saying but daddy he took brutha and will never see him again. And then a loud shot rang out and bolt fell down and there was blood everywhere" I was so shaken up from just telling them a small part of the story I couldn't handle it and I started crying.


        I felt like such a baby but Rex just leaned down a little since I was only 5'8 and he hugged me tightly telling me to calm down. When he stood up I hadn't let go and I went up with him so I could see eye to eye with them. I looked at Obi wan, then to Skywalker, then to Cody who had removed his helmet so he could look at me with understanding eyes. I felt so ashamed for crying in front of higher ranks that I turned and buried my head into Rex's shoulder. Finally after I had calmed down a little and looked around again to see that Obi wan was trying to sort through everything that I had just said and was trying to think of a way to tell me something without me breaking down again. I looked at him and asked him "what's wrong general?" general Obi wan shock his head and simply said "nothing you need to worry about yet young one." "Rex can you take him back to his barracks and tell his sergeant to keep a close eye on him." "Yes sir" Rex said back as he put me down I got in front of him and looked at him and hugged him yet again. Rex looked down at me again and questioned me yet again by saying "serious kid?" "Umm yeah seriously, I'm tired and hungry." "You can eat later, right now I need to get you back to the barracks before your sergeant has a nervous breakdown and starts shouting at me for something you did." Rex stated. Cody chuckled at the thought of a sergeant shouting like crazy at a captain.



        "You think I'm kidding don't you Cody well I'm not sergeant O'niner is not one to play with when it comes to Carlos or any other of his troops for that matter." "Sure he doesn't Rex I don't think he would risk the chance of shouting at you like that." I had walked over to a chair and started to nod again.
